Presenters information
Authors of accepted papers should be aware that they are expected to present the paper at the conference, in order for their paper to be included in the conference proceedings and uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
One (1) full registration will be valid for two (2) paper presentations, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations. One (1) student registration allows only one (1) paper presentation.
No matter if the paper is included in a Technical session or a Poster session, the presenter should record a video presentation of 10 minutes (Technical sessions) or 5 minutes (Poster Sessions) and upload it in the conference platform before June 14th, following specific technical instructions.
Technical Sessions
Technical Sessions (TS01-TS46) are scheduled in time slots of 1 hour and 30 minutes, as detailed in the Conference Program. Five parallel themed Technical Sessions will be hosted in each of the time slots, with 5 papers presented in each session. Each presenter will have 10 minutes for the projection of the provided video.
Each presentation will be followed by 6 minutes for clarifying questions from the audience. Timings will be strictly enforced.

“Poster” Sessions
The poster sessions are a key part of the Conference Program and are scheduled without other presentations in parallel to ensure maximum delegate participation and interaction. Unlike conventional conferences, the online format allows to organize Poster Sessions in a very similar way to Technical Sessions. Therefore, no plotted or virtual posters are required, and the authors are requested (1) to submit a recorded video presentation of 5 minutes, and (2) be available and to join the corresponding assigned Poster Session to interact with the session participants.Poster Sessions (PS01-PS20) are scheduled in time slots of 1 hour and 30 minutes, as detailed in the Conference Program. Five parallel themed Poster Sessions will be hosted in each of the time slots, with up to 10 papers included in each session.
The absence of a presenter during the scheduled session will be taken as NO-SHOW by the Session Chair and the corresponding paper manuscript will be excluded from the IEEE Xplore upload.
